The Commitment of Victor Cozzone

While his career is certainly important to him and has a lot to do with who he is, the fact of the matter is, it is just as important to Victor Cozzone that he be able to demonstrate his appreciation for everything he has ever received in life. That is why he has always been bound and determined to give back to his community in every way possible. One reason he founded All About Concrete, in Chester County, at the beginning of 2000, was to make money and a name for himself, which he did for ten years. However, the idea that he was contributing to the local economy was also important. In the ten years he ran All About Concrete, he employed as many as 28 people from around the community, and they also did a lot of commercial and residential cement work. In a way, they actually helped build the community.

He has helped the community in many other ways, including some more direct ways. For example, for many years, he volunteered as a baseball coach for teams in the Lionville Youth Baseball Association and he continues to serve as a board member for the Mission to Educate Children with Autism at Downington High School. That is a worthy cause he has been deeply involved with over the course of more than a decade.

In addition, Victor Cozzone also serves on the board of an organization called PAAL, which stands for “Preparing Adolescents with Autism for Adult Life.” In operation since 2006, PAAL is a special program that is intended to prepare autistic adolescents between the ages of 14 and 21 with the tools they need to live an independent, successful life. The main goal of PAAL is to teach autistic young adults the skills that will make them successful adults who can become important participants in the community.
